does viagra contain phthalates?

A radio doctor made the following statement ,.."Viagra contains phthalates which are testosterone disruptors".... my understanding is that viagra is pure sildenafil citrate, so what does he mean ? that sildenafil citrate is a phthalate , or that viagra is not pure sildenafil citrate? and if the latter is some viagra on the market pure sildenafil citrate?
