You lost (40/150)*(100%) = 26.67% of your original weight

    You kept [(150 - 40)/(150)]*(100%) = 73.33% of your original weight

    26.67% + 73.33% = 100% That accounts for all of Alaurah's original weight.

PS: Just off the top of my head and without knowing any details about your exercise program, that was a pretty good diet you were on I would say.

To find the percentage of weight you lost, just do [(amount lost) divided by (total amount) * 100].

So 40/150 would be 0.26(recurring). Then you multiply by 100 to turn that decimal into a percentage, so 0.26666 * 100 = 26.666...%.

So you lost a little bit over 25%. (26.666%)

You divide 40 by 150 which will give you 0.2666666666.

Then you round it off to 0.2667 then multiply it by 100 which will give you 26.67 then you add the percent sign (%).

    Therefore, it is 26.67%

    Hopefully, that helps you.

Are you just asking for the simple math of 40 divided by 150? Really? Get a calculator it's not hard. It's 26.7% rounded of your original body weight that you lost.

and typing the answer on my phone is what screwed up my apostrophes
