bathroom tile problem?

why does the grout in my floor tiles keep working loose.

    the grout coming out is a sign of faulty underlayment/subfloor installation

    I would not be surprised if there were also areas of loose tiles

    you could try an epoxy grout but there is no guarantee that will last either

    there is generally no permanent solution to the problem short of ripping out the entire floor and redoing it properly

    If the tiles are stuck to a wooden or chipboard floor the flexibility of the wood is causing movement which loosens the grout.

    Buy an expensive grout.

    time to replace the tile as the grout is failing... probably do to improper installation in the first place
