Can you upgrade/restore a jailbroken iphone without updating to the latest firmware (ios 7)?

ok so here's what i wanna do ..

i have a jailbroken iphone 4s running on ios 5.0

i want to upgrade only to ios 6.1.3 .. I DONT WANT TO UPGRADE TO IOS 7.

is there a way to do this?
