Which should I decide on ? (Need girl honestly to tell me thanks )?

Had a crush on my colleguea .. We doesn't really talk much by face to face both of us are shy ... Sometimes I was trying to talk to her just could not find any topic just talk about work .. And during breaktime she will talk to other collegue or when both of us there she will mostly look at her phone .. We only chat by text for most of the night time after work .. She will share alot of her things to me .. I planned to confess out my feeling To her but I'm not really ready to face her I'm just shy .. Is it okay if I let her know by text .. Will she be annoy or awkward after that seeing me ? I just want her to know how I feel that's it .. She's a beautiful girl from inside and her smile that really could melt anyone .. :D
