I'm currently working in one of the ex member of Jamie's fifteen whom shop opened in Singapore . I'm now started to plan my route for the future .

1. What kind of food do you want to sell in the future ?

-basically I got many ideas but I don't know it belongs to which cuisine . I want to sell food that actually focus on ladies , or young generation . (Dessert,cold appetizer )pastry dessert like churros , creme brûlée , ,macaroon , profiteroles

-at first I was thinking about doing in fine dining but that was really a bad idea in my country Malaysia people .

- I wanted to make it simple and classic , selling classic dessert , or stunning appetizer , hot cookings involved seafood (fish, scallops,) meAt ( beef,chicken,foie gras )

Well I couldn't really differentiate the food in french cuisine and Italian cuisine. Which both of this really amazed me . If you had any advice or Idea please let me know in here or email me cornthedog@live.com or you can introduce me someone who expert in this case . Thank you so much

Hello do you guys mind telling me about category in culinary art . Like kitchen have hot cooking , cold cooking , pastry , bakery .. What's in hot cooking and the others ? (Eg. Cold kitchen - plating,salads,garnishing)

I would love to know more In details of all these so I can start plan the way that I want to focus on to make sure I doesn't go to the wrong one in the future later. Thanks

Hi I'm 20 from Malaysia planning for a solo travelin to Australia next year summer . Will the rates charged higher if i withdraw money through the local ATM ? I don't know for Aussie but in Malaysia it's totally not SAFE to bring much cash for holiday .

Hi I'm 20 from Malaysia , planned on solo travelling to Australia on January 2015 . The cheapest flight I can get now is flying to Darwin . I wanted to visit Gold Coast , Melbourne and Sydney . Is it possivle to rides train from Gold Coast to Sydney ? Anyone mind sharing your inetiary to me about traveling in Australia ? My trip wil be at most 2 weeks to 3 . Will be applying my visa and travel insurance after this . Plan to go Great Barrier Reef , Philip island , Sydney opera house . I have a driving license but best not to choose driving as I'm traveling alone and I don't want to follow travel agencies . I know the Ghan cost a lot but is there Any other way from Gold Coast to Sydney ? Or should I removed some on my list so I can focus on few top spot ? I had no idea which to start planning

Hello I was planning to solo travel backpackers to Australia flying from Singapore Changi . I need to know where can I go to visit in Aussie since its my first time to there and my trip will be at most up to 2 weeks . Hopefully can make it a 3 . Someone had told me that I should fly to Darwin , head south to Alice Spring , fly to Melbourne , Cairn , Canberra and Sydney , then return from Darwin . 20 this year . Am a very passionate asian guy in culinary arts . Did not attend to culinary skill just straight got into a restaurant now . Had been working at the one of the best Eurosian restaurant . I know it sounds crazy that I was planning to set up my own business from small by this age . I had deciding to change my job to another restaurant in Singapore . What I really passionate about is pastry & bread and French cuisine . I am wondering what kind of cuisine that include all these criteria that I want ? You all would say that I should go for college to acquire cert. Yes but not now. Is it a good idea if I request for testimonial cert from my boss so I can put in my résumé ? I'm a no experience and fresh graduated student , work in the restaurant for 7 months now from apprenticeship to cuisinier or cook 2 now due to fast multitasking and fast learner . Thanks

Had a crush on my colleguea for nearly 6 months now until recently I started to take my move . We both work in F&B so we are so busy . She's 22 mature thinking girl and I'm 20 . We don't really talk much to each other in work but every night after work we would text each other . I will send her link of song every night so she would listen to it and relax before sleep .
