Which restaurant should I go then ?

20 this year . Am a very passionate asian guy in culinary arts . Did not attend to culinary skill just straight got into a restaurant now . Had been working at the one of the best Eurosian restaurant . I know it sounds crazy that I was planning to set up my own business from small by this age . I had deciding to change my job to another restaurant in Singapore . What I really passionate about is pastry & bread and French cuisine . I am wondering what kind of cuisine that include all these criteria that I want ? You all would say that I should go for college to acquire cert. Yes but not now. Is it a good idea if I request for testimonial cert from my boss so I can put in my résumé ? I'm a no experience and fresh graduated student , work in the restaurant for 7 months now from apprenticeship to cuisinier or cook 2 now due to fast multitasking and fast learner . Thanks
