What is the purpose of having outside speakers on vehicles?

I don't get it? Your inside the car, but yet some of these kids/young adults have the music blaring from the front of the car in which everyone around them can hear it, and while driving on the interstate, local roads, etc.

I find it extremely annoying. Maybe some of us don't like your type of music.

Anyone else ever encountered this?

In many states they have cops that have instruments that read "decibel levels". If the kid's pulled over and the cops says the sound coming from the "test" exceeds the limit.....he's TICKETED. Call a cop, get a license number and if he's parked he's nailed if the sound is ON. If he's driving have your passenger call and give the direction/location of the car. Many police agencies use un-marked cars. If they monitor the kid with the decibel meter running and he exceeds it he'll get a nice ticket!

    Have a nice day!
