please help!! I'm scared to death to give a speech tomorrow!!?

So in English class tomorrow I have to give an improv speech. I will have to pull two topics from a bag and pick one of them to talk to the class about. The speech has to be under 1 minute and a half. Two people went so far and there were topics like YouTube and duck dynasty. I have no idea what my topic is going to be and I'm scared I'm not going to know what to say and everyone will laugh at me. I'm so scared right now that I feel like I'm going to throw up and I want to cry. What makes it worse is that I'm not friends with ANY one in the class. There is one girl I talk to occasionally but not very much. I've been thinking about every thing that could go wrong during my speech. There is absolutely no way to get out of this. It also dosent help I've literally never said anything in this class all year. Please help me and give me advise...I'm freaking out. Thanks soo much!!:)

chillllll its not like if u screw up anyone is gonna care. u ain't never gonna see these people in the next 5 years or something. And if u do screw up u ain't gonna die. Its not like getting cancer and its stuck with you for the rest of your life. Nah, its just some silly speech. Try talking to yourself in your mirror about facebook. right now. dont even think about it. If you dont do good on the mirror test, keep on trying. But you should really stop freaking about it too much. Once you're done with the speech you're gonna think that it wasn't so bad. Trust me and trust yourself you're gonna do great.

I was the same way for quite a while. Then in class I had to pick a subject. It was to talk about "which is better Bread or English Muffins?" I switched the topic to Bagels. If you get a subject that you know nothing about switch it to something that you do know about, and then ramble on. ninety seconds later the ordeal will be over, and no one will remember what you said the next day. Good luck.
