Im a 14 year old girl. I am 5'2 and weight 131 pounds. My goal weight is between 105 and 115 pounds. I've been trying to go running but I can't even run for 3 minutes without stopping. I've been trying to eat healthy, which is hard sometimes because my family eats a lot if bad high calorie food but I've been trying to stick to mostly fruits. I want to have a flat stomach and thinner legs and arms. Please help me, I'm having a hard time losing weight. How can I be better at running? What are some other exercises I can to to help loose weight? Thanks:)

Ok so I'm going to warped this year but I'm not into as many bands that are going this year as last year. I'm into heavier bands but and band is cool. Please reccomend me songs to listen to from your favorite bands that are going to warped and favorites from mayday parade if possible. Thanks:)

I'm a girl. My height is 5'1 and I weigh 130lbs. I recently went up about 10lbs. I'm busy because of school until may buy plan to start excercizing and eating healthier over the summer. My goal weight is 115lbs but would like to be 105-110lbs by the end of July. I would also like to lose a couple inches around my waist(right now im like 29in). im not very good at running(literally I run like 1 minute and then I'm tired). How can I reach my goal weight(how many calories should j eat a day/exercises etc.) thanks:)

I want to dye my hair with Kool-Aid (red,blue or green). My hair is dark brown. How long will the dye stay in my hair? I also heard that the dye stains your hair and the only way to get it out is by cutting your hair. Is that true? Thanks:)

So I have a couple tests tomorrow and I just want to be comfortable. They are black and from pink. It's normal for girls to wear sweats at my school and I've never worn sweats to school. I was going to wear them with a kind of loose shirt(not really loose but not to fitted), slip on slipper type shoes. A sports bra and braid my hair to the side. I've read that it looks sloppy if you don't wear a fitted shirt but I need something to cover my butt because there are two stitches on the back(they look kind of weird). How should I wear t my sweats?! Thanks:)

I have a skater skirt that is dark red and lace. I have no idea what top to wear with it. I have to wear tights with it because its super cold where I live. I was thinking of wearing it with combat boots(would it look bad with cream colored socks showing at the top?). Would combat boots or wedge sneakers look better? And what too should I wear? My closet is very limited so please give me more than one suggestion with versatile clothing. Thanks!!:)

My mom just told me that yesterday my dad said he's not going to pay for college. My parents got divorced and when they did my dad took all the money out of my college funds and won't pay it back which is bullshit because he spent $100 on some underwear once and $200 hundred for a god damned toothbrush. My mom always says she doesn't want me and my siblings to hate our dad but I really hate him now. I'm spending this weekend at his house and my mom said not to mention this in front of him but its going to be hard considering I want to beat the sh*t out of him for being a piece of sh*t parent. I'm crying right now(I'm a girl btw not a really emotional guy). The last time I said something rude to my dad he hid our dinner from us and I'm worried about my younger siblings so if I say something that pisses him of I don't want them to be hungry. I want to go home but I'm worried about my brother and sister. Please help

I went to New York once but that was eight yeast ago and over the summer so I don't remember what the weather is like. We will be staying for five days and four nights. We will be doing a lot of casual things like go to the Empire State Building, Ellis island and walking around Times Square etc. with the exception of seeing a broadway play and a dinner dance on a boat. Please give me a detailed list of everything I should pack for this trip. Thanks:)

So in English class tomorrow I have to give an improv speech. I will have to pull two topics from a bag and pick one of them to talk to the class about. The speech has to be under 1 minute and a half. Two people went so far and there were topics like YouTube and duck dynasty. I have no idea what my topic is going to be and I'm scared I'm not going to know what to say and everyone will laugh at me. I'm so scared right now that I feel like I'm going to throw up and I want to cry. What makes it worse is that I'm not friends with ANY one in the class. There is one girl I talk to occasionally but not very much. I've been thinking about every thing that could go wrong during my speech. There is absolutely no way to get out of this. It also dosent help I've literally never said anything in this class all year. Please help me and give me advise...I'm freaking out. Thanks soo much!!:)

Ok..so there are these two guys...lets just call them guy one and guy two. So I've liked guy one since September. I was sure he liked me but now I'm not so sure. Part of me feels like he still likes me but the other part of me feel like he gave up on me. Guy two I'm 99.9% sure he likes me. A couple weeks ago I noticed him staring I'm our PE class. That went on for a while and now I feel almost like he's trying to impress me. I feel like I should just give up in guy one because I think he might have given up on me. What should I do? And which guy do you think is better? thanks:)

So there's this guy that I have a class with(PE)(we used to have 2 other classes together but the schedule changed because we're both in band). I know him but we never talk.
