Baby sitting rates? Flat or Hourly?
I'm considering applying for a bank teller position and I would need someone to come to my house 1-2 days a week for a couple of hours to watch my babies who are 6 and 3. How much should I pay someone? Should I pay hourly or flat rate? TIA!

We pay $11 an hour for someone to watch our 18 month old. I think it is too much, but I get peace of mind that I know she is safe. The local day cares don't charge as much.
