If you are an ex vegetarian or vegan can you answer this?

I'm allergic to beans and nuts and wasn't getting enough protein without meat. I also became anemic and developed digestive issues

I don't regret it, I feel much healthier on a normal diet

I gave it up when my sister died suddenly and I started eating fast food burgers as comfort food. I feel regret because of what animals go through. It's not right. That's why I'm in this section today.
