Bought a salvage car from a dealer...?
So I bought a salvage car from a dealer. He showed me the picture of the damage, the damage cost, and receipts of everything he fixed. It was a front left collision not strong enough for the airbags to deploy, do you think it will be okay for the most part? I didn't realize it was "salvage" till I saw the title, however, he did show me all the damage and what was fixed.
I know it's hard to tell... I just want to hear your thoughts.
It's a 2006 Scion tc btw

As long as the repairs were done properly, you should have no problems. The dealer was honest and upfront about the damage and the repairs, which tells me that he was not hiding anything.
It sounds like it was just minor damage, depending on the year and make of the vehicle, insurance may have considered it to be totaled even for minor damage. Insurance companies consider the cost of repair and the value of the car in the damaged condition, and compare that to what they have to pay the owner of the totaled car.
For example assume a car has a retail value (before damage) of $2500. The cost of repair is $1400. If the insurance company can sell the damaged car at auction for $1300 they will consider the vehicle to be totaled. They pay $2500 to the owner, and sell the car for $1300, leaving a net payout (what it costs the insurance company) of $1200. This is less than the $1400 estimate to repair the car, so they save $200.
In many states all cars sold to insurance companies have to be issued salvage titles before sale. I have seen stolen vehicles that were recovered after the insurance paid the owner sold with a salvage title even when there was little to no damage to the car

What year/make/model of Mysterymobile is this?
A salvage usually exceeds about 75% damage in relation to total value of the vehicle.
If it's an old car, no biggie.
A newer car? It deployed airbags. But, you bought the car, so you're stuck either way.

Maybe if it's $500.
No way I would buy this.
I don't know what you're paying, but the fact that you are even considering it likely means it's too much.
You'll never be able to sell it and may not even find an insurer willing to offer comprehensive or collision insurance.
