Can't be done.
Deleting a question does not remove it from the internet. It will ALWAYS be out there, on sites you've never visited, and on sites you never WOULD visit. Other sites borrow and steal from Yahoo! Answers all the time ... you agreed to allow your posted content to be used that way when you signed up.
Sorry. That's a tough lesson to learn! What's posted online stays online forever. Deleting your account will not remove it. Google and other sites are not obligated to remove content posted to and deleted from Yahoo!.

If you delete your account, nothing will happen to any resolved questions. Who told you it would? That person was soundly mistaken and misinformed of how things work here.
Once closed, all questions and their answers become property of Yahoo. Your activity has no effect on it since it is no longer yours. This was clearly explained in the material you had to read (or lie and say you'd read -- never a wise move) when you signed up to use this site.

unfortunately, most people don't read the Terms of Service before they open an account
in it, Yahoo clearly states that anything posted in their website is their property to do with as they please
things posted in Yahoo! Answers appears in other sites that "borrow" from this website plus Yahoo operates other sites
you can delete something before a Q is resolved
you can have a buddy with reporting ability report stuff for you
but even if something is deleted from this site, it will still show up in those other sites and in a web search in cached results
when you deactivate your account, nothing is deleted and even your page with your URL remains
unless you are suspended and only if what you posted is so serious, will Yahoo wipe what you posted
even in that case, it can still be found in other sites and with web searches
