my parents wont let me wear certain things or talk to boys. they dislike when i have non muslim friends too. religion is holding me back from having fun and doing what i want. i know theyre my parents and they own me, but they dont let me make my own decisions mostly because its against my religion. i dont even believe in god but i could never tell them that, and once im old enough to make my own decisions, they would be so disappointed in me and so would the rest of my family if they found out. my whole family is against tattoos and revealing clothes, everything thats not that bad. i hate this religion because its restricting, sexist, violent and homophobic. it just sucks. they try and make me learn prayers and fast during ramadan, and i hate doing it because im doing it for nothing! i dont believe in it!! what am i supposed to do?! also, dont answer this question if youre going to say all the reasons i should love religion, and dont try to get me to convert to any other religon, thats a f*cking dumb idea.

i go to a school with mostly arabs and whites. the americanized arabs(like me) dont have this specific smell. of course some of the americanized arabs and whites smell bad but thats because of personal hygiene. but these boaters smell SOOO bad(the ones with the scarves) and they all have the same smell. its so gross! im not trying to be mean, im just being real. why do they all smell like this?

ive been shaving my legs for a few years now, im fourteen. i can never get them to be super smooth, and i have good shaving cream and razors, i know im shaving how im supposed to. they grow back really quickly and its prickly and gross. i wax my arms with premade wax strips, and i do it like once a month because it grows back so slowly. do you think i should wax my legs though? also, if i try waxing them, do i do my whole leg and go all the way up to my bikini line?

i should add that i already shave my whole thigh because the hairs are noticeable, even though theyre thin. im middle eastern, and i have very dark hair

im a girl, so i just want to be toned. im 5'2 and 100 pounds. im trying to eat healthier and i drink a lot of water. i taught myself how to belly dance 7 days ago and every day i dance to a few songs. is there any other ab workouts i can do? links too, please :)

ok so im a muslim and if i told my parents that i dont believe in the religion they will throw me out of the house! i could wait until im 18 and living on my own to tell them, but if they ever knew they would be so disappointed!! i dont follow the religion and i dont like any organized religions. i just believe in god, thats it. but if i stay muslim and dont tell them that i dont believe in it, they wont let me marry anyone whos non muslim, and when i marry someone i want it to be someone that i love, and i dont really care what their religion is. what should i do about my parents?? should i tell them? (im fourteen by the way) also is it bad that i dont follow the religon and dont believe in it?

i should also add that my dad married a christian, but my mom converted to islam when they got married. but they both have mentioned to me that i cant date/marry a nonmuslim (because thats not hypocritical at all!! :/ )
