i hate how religion controls my life?

Its unfortunate part of every religion. However, I must say one thing most of the restrictions put are traditional and not put by religion.

This can be seen in Hinduism where in different geographical locations such restrictions are of varying degree. Also in the same locations, based on other factors they are different. So I infer all the restrictions are traditions and not really religious.

Its good to note that you have thought about it. Still see you also agree that your parents own you. This is what pains me. Children are not property to be owned. They are God's gift and the parents have been given the responsibility to nurture them.

Not to worry! In a few years, you will be out on your own, making your own rules, and responsible for putting food on your own table, and then you can do what you wish.

That time is coming, and sooner than you think. Right now, the best thing you can possibly do is to get the best grades you can, so you can get into a good college, and get a decent job.

And it wouldn't be a bad idea not to use foul language when talking to strangers either. That makes you look foolish, and you don't want to do that.

Well, your in the wrong religion haha, you would have a lot more fun, and be a lot happyer if you get away from your parents and go to a baptist or methodist church, if you read the christian bible It can show you a lot of stuff you should know. There's a god, and Jesus is the. Only way to heaven.

Well in the beginning of that religion, it wasn't very sexist but soon the government of Muslim countries changed it so that it would be sexist... All religions have their ups and downs and most of them have more downs than ups... That's why more and more people are non-religious.

If you are old enough to leave home, do so and dump your religion. If you aren't old enough you'll just have to wait until you are.

By the way, unless slavery is legal in your country, your parents do not own you. They have control of you while you are young but they can never own you.

What would you rather control your life? Your whims and fantasies or making sure you are not perceived as a loser, perhaps.

Develop the disciple to control your own life. Achieve independence from your parents.
