Xbox live pass word will not work?
Can log on but cannot use Xbox live features. Play games with others. It asigned a username but says you do not have permission to use Xbox live? And I any ideas appriciated . P.s. this is not Matthew.

Click on your avatar and scroll over right until you see somthing about child, teen, adult settings and see if your to young
