    Hiiii Sophie....

Chalazion is the term for a lump, or raised area, on the eyelid, that occurs due to a blocked meibomian, or eyelid gland....Eyelash loss is not necessarily a common issue with a chalazion, but you should still see an eye doctor as soon as an eye issue arises because early intervention typically yields the best result... So try to use some eyelash enhancers which will definitely start to show the results in 3-4 weeks...There are variety of eyelash enhancers available in the market which boosts the growth of eyelash follicles and also provide adequate nutrients to hairs....

Most fluid-filled swellings (cysts) cause few, if any, problems. Rarely, a cyst can become infected, and this infection can spread to involve the whole eyelid and tissues surrounding the eye. The eyelid may be very swollen and red, you might not be able to open the eye and you may have a lot of pain and a high temperature (fever). Sometimes the eyeball is pushed forward so that your eye sticks out more, and you may be very sensitive to the light. If you develop this type of complication, called orbital cellulitis, you need to see a medical professional urgently. Treatment of orbital cellulitis is with antibiotics, usually into a vein (intravenously) via a drip, in hospital.

Generally, if the chalazions are handled carefully then eyelashes grow back; there is no need to worry.

Just try to be natural, have some patience and allow it to recover naturally.

Yes, they will grow back after sometime. To enhance the growth, wash your eyes and lashes regularly before going to bed. This reduces the stress on eyes and washes of the dust and dirt accumulated through out the day. Then you can use warm castor oil or Vaseline over them at the root to enhance the growth.

But the question is are you getting these regularly? Remember to was the lids and lashes regularly. You can use lash growth enhancers too. Check the following link for more info.
