    Not many.

Spain dismissed the royal family when an election brought a left-wing government to power between the wars; that was a peaceful transition, but internal peace did not last afterwards. India and Pakistan shed the monarchy without a fight, though there was a continuation of Hindu/Moslem sectarian violence now with an international character. One or two tiny dependencies of the British Empire are now republics.

Offhand, that is all I can think of.

In Europe you can go to the 1989 with the collapse of communism: Czechoslovakia velvet revolution in 1989 was peaceful revolution and transition from the totalitarian regime to democracy. Similar peaceful transition happened in Hungary and Bulgaria, but they have not been described as a true revolution.
