Is this governor really a nerd or turd?

The roads in Michigan are in pretty bad shape as they are every winter. Gov Snyder wanted to raise the gas tax and registration fees to help repair the roads but the legislators wouldn't approve it. All of a sudden Mi finds out they have a 97 million dollar surplus, so does the Gov suggest repairing the roads? No, he wants to give everyone a tax break. DUH!!!!

sounds like typical politics. He has a good idea, and the legislators nix it for political reasons, calling him a tax and spend liberal, thus, to get elected next time, he wants to negate that image and give a tax break with the surplus funds. Basically, nothing real gets done, the roads still suck because drivers wont be charged a couple extra pennies in gas or registration fees, and some people get back a couple bucks in tax breaks that they will barely even notice.
