I think my facebook and internet applications may have been hacked?
I'm no computer expert by any means only know basic e-mailing and stuff.
However on my facebook account I went into the security settings and it said my facebook account had been accessed from ip addresses that were in different cities to where I live and I've not visited these places my self,is this something to do with facebook it's self? or have I been hacked and what should I do to protect my computer(like what sites to avoid,best anti-virus...ect)?

Ask yourself why someone would want to access your FB..
(Why would someone with that skill set target your FB)
Most 'Hacking' of FB accounts is infact just someone knowing the login details.
And as for the IP.. Someone you know may of just masked their IP..
When they used your FB login details to access your account.
Masking IP's means hiding it.. Giving a false IP instead of your own.
(when i mask my IP.. It can say im from anywhere in the world)
Best advice:
Change your FB Password NOW. (Dont tell anyone or let them see you use it)
As for avoiding websites.. Use WOT.
