Why doesn't Yahoo save my edits in Yahoo answers?
I'll occasionally notice, within seconds after posting, that the answer I posted was missing information or could be phrased better. I've clicked on the Edit icon, and an edit window does open... but when I click on Save, it's not really saved. What am I doing wrong? Is there a setting I need to modify somewhere?

You have the new purple format, correct? If so, then that is just a problem with the new format. I have that one, as well as not being able to post any answers at all on the new format. It's nothing on your end, it's just a problem with the site that hasn't been fixed yet. For now, you could use one of the other English sites that haven't switched to the new format. Personally, I've been hiding out on Yahoo!Answers Canada since I can't do anything on the new format on Y!A USA.
