What is a noun for "characterized by rapid fluctuation of opinion"?

Is there a word in the English language for "constantly changing your opinion"?

    *Vacillating*

    *Befuddling*

    *Fudging*

    *Capriciousness*

    *Prevaricating*

    *Peregrinating*

    1) and 5) are the most precise.

    The other 4 expressions are

less specific to your meaning, yet

they are mildly tongue-in-cheek...tres Anglaise :)

I think Lapiz stated them all, but can the term "mercurial" adj and "mercuriality", noun, fit too?
