In movies speech is too low , special effect too loud?

I have a problem while watching movies on my pc
I have PC , with Internal Sound Card ( Motherboard Giga Byte P61)
Realtek HD Audio Manager
and Speaker (Creative ) 2.1

recently , with new movies ( i usually download bluray editions ) ...
The speech voice is very low , and the special effects ( like engines sound , gun fire , explosions .....etc ) is very very loud
I read online , that is because new movies doesn't support 2.1 Dolby System anymore
Is there any solution , PC application or adjusting anything in audio settings / environment / equalizer ....etc to help with this problem ?
FYI , the sound effects - environment / equalizer is on default
