Make my own guided work out?

Hello world. I wanted to do some basic stretches in the mornings. I don't have money for anything fancy like classes, so I wanted to just create my own. The problem with this is that I do the right side (the more flexible side of me) nice and slow, then when it gets to my left side I get kind of antsy and rush it.

What I wanted was a way to get my voice on my ipod. I would be watching my timer and recording a guide to put on my ipod.

"Right foot steps forward (wait 10 seconds), and back."

"Left foot steps forward (waits 10 seconds), and back."

Stuff like that, so I dont do 10 seconds on one side and 3 seconds on the other or forget steps in my routine. Do you guys have any ideas on how I could do this?

-I have a windows computer

-I do have an ipod and headphones

-I dont have a tape player, although that could work (where would I get one?)

Any ideas? Thanks.

google online Metronome. They are used when teaching kids music. You can set the online one to whatever time intervals you wish.

I admire you for wanting to get into shape.
