Again , . . David was not asking for physical changes in haters. Their eyes be darkened meaning they can not see light which is joy & happiness. Haven't you ever noticed how miserable a hatred person is ? And bow thou down their backs means that they are always heavily burdened without rest. Not to stunt them physically.
Again I tell you the bible was not written for the unsaved because you have not the holy spirit to understand it.
