Find a tutorial.
Use google - type this in the search "photoshop beginner tutorials".

theres this site called deviantart its full of artists look up photoshop how tos help or advice.
i use gimp which isnt as powerful but is free and easier. im sorry i cannot help directly.

use crop option. it removes desired photo portion. then go to ms paint (it is already present in windows. so search it in search option). paste cropped photo on ms paint. then paste desired photo over cropped photo in ms paint. save. done.
