what does paypal balance, available balance, and pending balance mean on paypal?
my paypal balance says -89.99 usd
why is it negative
my available balance says $76 usd
my pending balance says -166.40 usd
what does this all mean? can someone held simplify this for me? Im new to paypal. How long will it take to go to my account? Ive already linked my account. It's not showing funds on my debit card.

Exactly what it says.
You have 76.00.
you have 166.40 balance pending. (pending means - it aint there yet, wait a few days or for PP it could be 2 weeks depending on your account)
You spent some money that wasn't credited to your account yet (that PENDING one)
Go read the PP FAQ's and they explain all of this.

FWIW, the debit card funds won't show. Just make sure that when you use a prepaid card that there is enough money on it to cover the purchase.
