Today HR team came to my store and discussed the issue that I was selling merchandjse online for cheap. The reason was that it didnt fit anyone so I decided to sell it on ebay. They told me to write a statement stating my reasons and then they talked to my store manager and my store manager told me to go home for the day. And not come in tomorrow and That he will get back to me on friday. It is wednesday today. I am really terrified I will get terminated. The store manager is pretty nice to me he usually looks out for me but im not sure if he will have a say in this decision because they said they are still investigating and will give me a notice what they will do next. Does it mean i got fired? My store manager told me not to mention this to any of my coworkers because he said not to make a small case into a bigger case. Im so scared and Ill be so embarressed if i got fired. I had no idea i wasnt allowed to resell products. Do you think they will fire me? i make 5 an hour plus 30% tip.. do we get taxed on our paycheck? i just got the job. my manager asked me to bring a copy of my id with social security number. Why do they need this information? i went to a jewelry store in the mall & when i asked if it was real he seemed pissed & very rude to me. He told me yeah. its real. i asked how much its worth & he told me like $15-$30. is 14k white gold stud earings really that cheap? is he rude because he thinks its cheap? My bf got me the studs and they were $90.. and it wasnt just one jeweler guy that was rude i asked 2 of them & they both responded very rudely to me. one even made a comment saying "its illegal selling 14k fake jewelry here. This isnt china." i was very offended by his comments. Why do jewelry workers get so mean when you ask if things are real?

the restaurant closes at 9:30 we got in late & the food arrived at 9:10.. which left us in a rush to eat. the total was $45.. and the waiter talked to everyone else in their tables but mine. not even a simple small talk. me & my bf felt very left out & they didnt treat us with the same attention as with everyone else. Then since everyone was leaving we barely finnished anything so we decided to pack it up for home so i asked for a box. the (box was so small.). and there were still leftovers. why waste it? So i asked the waiter for another box & he tells me he cant give me another box its one per table. But we only had 20 mins to finnish our food & we felt he did really poor service. and instead of giving me a box. (dont knw why a box would cost tht much? ). he wraps our food in aluminum. -.- so when i got it. i was very dissapointed. and decided to leave without tipping. I never not tipped before but to me, tipping should be out of generosity and given to someone deserving of it. Is it wrong that i didnt tip him at all? as we left the only thing he said was "goodnight." and i think he expected to see change on the table... what do you guys think?

i have a tmobile iphone...& these days i keep calling & it would say "call failed" and hang up. so i try again about 30 times. and it would say the same thing. And finally when i get it to ring... and i have a conversation, the call fails after a good 5 minutes...
