Well you are in luck. He's at Fort Polk, and Louisiana is one of the states that has Revenge Porn laws on the books - they went into effect in August 2015
The law states that anyone who shares a nude or partially-nude cellphone picture or video without permission can face up to two years in jail and a fine reaching $10,000.
The full law is here http://www.legis.la.gov/legis/ViewDocument.aspx?d=...
They started arresting people as early as September http://www.kplctv.com/story/30135553/louisianas-re...
So call the Louisiana state police, not his command. What he did is illegal in Louisiana and he can be jailed for up to 2 years for sharing your photos without permission.

The laws in most states have not caught up to technology, so odds are, as long as you were of legal age (18+) and the photos were taken with consent at the time, technically, he has done nothing illegal. Odds are, the police will not be able to do anything for you.
All you can do is notify Facebook and get that account deleted. Since he's technically not breaking a law (again, as long as you were 18+ in the photos and they were taken with consent), the military will not be able to do anything either, except to tell him to stop.
And this is why unless you're willing for EVERYONE to see nudes, you take them for NO ONE.

Regardless of what anybody else told you, disseminating such material is highly frowned upon in the military. Just taking the photos or doing a porno (even if it is between a married couple) is enough to be charged if the material is generally seen by others. What you need to do is call the FBI (not the police), and they will track down the IP used to create this fake account. If that IP is traced to your ex's device, the FBI will either file with CID or contact his command for disciplinary action, which can include a bad conduct discharge. On the other hand, if you have proof that he is doing it, call the police and then sue him in civil court.

Were you of legal age when photos taken?
You knew they were being taken?
Did he take them himself?
If yes to all the above , as the photographer he has legal copyright ownership of the photos. He only needs a model release if he intends to sell or use for advertising.
Otherwise he is legally allowed to do whatever he pleases with them.
Making a fake profile is a matter for FB as a violation of TOS.

Many states have enacted laws about this sort of thing and made it illegal for a person to post photos like this of another person without their express permission. At the very least the military would take a dim view of this and certainly tell him to knock it off and to behave himself. You might consider checking to see if you can file charges in your state and then the crap will just roll down hill for him with the military.

First screenshoot all the activity on the profile. Then report the account. Then take it to the police and he could get charged and fired for his bs. People make mistakes but it's never OK for someone to make a fake profile and showcase them to their close friends and family!!

Call the police! Do you have any pictures of him? Get revenge honey! Sweet sweet revenge. Tbh I'd honestly kill him somehow if I were you XD But then again, knowing how shy I am i'd probably die in the process :/ GOOD LUCK! HOPEFULLY THAT BRAT WILL LEARN HIS LESSON.
