All he has to do is contact Ebay and they'll trace your IP and BOOM cops will be at your door within a day. You'll be banned from Ebay. You'll get a fine that cost more than the Ipad, and if you're 18 or older you'll be in your local newspaper. That's the worse that can happen. Also, I wouldn't recommend buying a used device from a stranger. I'm sure there is software on it that is recording your keystrokes, and he probably has access to the whole thing. lol

If you don't pay for it you've committed a crime. Theft and fraud. Yes, they will track you down. They have your name, your address and they know exactly how to find you. I would contact the seller immediately and tell him when to expect payment and you better be good on your word or you are going to be charged with theft.

Its fraud and you can be arrested and he can sue you in civil court. You had no business bidding on something when you didn't have money to pay for it. Then again he was stupid not to use paypal.
