A suspect Terrorist is to be freed, but he will not be named. Why ?

This guy is one of six suspected Terrorists being freed from anti-terror measures, here in the UK.

He is a leading figure in a group of Islamists extremists in London. MI5 reckons he was planning the sort of murderous mayhem as in Mumbai.

It is a known fact that he was training with Jihadi loons in Syria.

His release is due to the fact that the restrictions on these maniacs can only be for two years.

Labour Yvette Cooper has questioned the idiocy, because it cannot do anything to make our Country safe.

So his release will cost the Taxpayers some £20 million to keep an eye on him and the rest of the rabble.

He has joint Nigerian and British Nationality.

Because of the contravention of his Human Rights, he will not be named !!!

How do you think he and the others should be dealt with ?

Your thoughts please.

Update:

Surely there must be occasions, when suspects who are by their conduct and association give rise as to their intentions of bringing destruction on the innocent, need to be restricted in their movements, based on sound intelligence.

It would appear that the Security Services have sound intelligence on his association in training with known Terror Groups, which surely justifies some control, if nothing else but for the safety of all our people. Justified suspicions is the for runner of committing atrocities.

Sweat Pea.. I fully agree. You cannot compare these evil people in a normal and acceptable way.

If he has dual nationality then he should be deported back to Nigeria and barred from entering the UK ever again. The Human Rights Act was set up with the best of intentions and now it's being abused by these suspected terrorists. We should abandon the Act until such times as we have better Laws in place to stop the abuse. There again we could just throw the key away. Take care.

OG .. good question .. but I am reluctant to support arresting and locking people up when there is no evidence. We can not preach to other countries about the Rule of Law if we restrict a persons movement without evidence. I was on a work training course in Guildford at the time of the IRA bombing.

I am a Dubliner, I often wonder if I was stopped at the time ..... ???

Apparently, after holding him for however long we couldn't find any evidence to convict him!!

Sadly, this matter is of Labours creation, unless we have evidence we shouldn't be locking people up!!

The man is innocent, until Convicted, his follows peers. Nulabour is getting close to above the law. Next time we"ll get some evidence before conviction"

At a guess, he hasn't been convicted of anything for lack of admissable evidence and he needs to be protected from vigilante idiots.

If MI5 and Special Branch decided to allow the use of wiretap evidence in court they might not have to put up with these situations.

Issue a notice banning all UK citizens from visiting known terrorist countries without applying for permission .

We already have a law that bans people from becoming Mercenaries anyone going without permission should be tried as a Mercenary.

Failing that print his name and pay the fine it would be cheaper.

Or do as they have done with football hooligans take their passport away.
