Can I comment or edit my own best answer?
I made a mistake when answering a question, but my answer was quickly selected as the best answer. I'd like to add a comment correcting the mistake, or edit the answer. But the comment option seems to be greyed out.
This is the question:

Basically, I wrote:
So Earth has a diameter over five times the surface area of Pluto.
I meant to write:
So Earth has a diameter over five times the diameter of Pluto.

On the new format, no. The 'comment' box below your answer will open, but there's no way to add a comment.
On the old format (green), it's still possible to comment on a resolved QUESTION, and you could use that option (if you can find a green format!), but the comment will not appear on the purple format.
ADDED: Since both you and the user who asked the question in your link DO allow email from other Yahoo! Answers users, you could email her the correct information.

no once best answer unless contact who posted yu can't change answer I know I messed up too I so wish people contact me before saing don't understand your answer so I can fix it. but it .. you tried.
