can I make all the sound from my Windows 7 computer come out of only the left speaker?

I have a broken set of speakers in which ONLY the left one still works, and until I can get new ones, I have no method other than stuff I can set on the computer itself to listen to ANYTHING from the right half of the audio... I don't have external plugs, I don't have a headset, I don't have a monitor that has internal speakers (and I doubt the tower does either) , and I have fiddled with the controls, only to find nothing that can help me... is there something that CAN help me?

Update:

Chilidog, stop your horrid attempts at trolling...

Sean, no such option exists that I can find... the CLOSEST thing I can find is the volume control to the left and right individually, but even that seemed to do nothing

go to volume options and double click it and it will pop up with all the volume options and then click and drag the balance bar to the far left side
