You can get dresses like that in most shops.

Try checking etsy. But I also suggest you search Khaleesi instead of khalisi because you will get better results if you spell it right. Hopefully you can find something on there. But just watch out cause some show the dresses, but they are only selling the belt piece.

i believe it would be cheaper for you to make one yourself ... go buy fabric of your choice and ask your mother or grandma for help ...if they dont have a clue search the internet for sewing info .. http://sewing.about.com/od/beginner1/bb/sewing101....
