Visit the shack on the mountainside near Falkreath. Neat quest.

join and complete all the guilds. Erm. Colleges, Thieves guild, and companions and stuff.

Have a follower and realize how ANNOYING they are. Useful pack animals though.

Kill a bunch of giants and use their toes + wheat to make super valuable potions and level Alchemy.

Build a house and furnish it WITHOUT paying the steward to do it for you. Gather everything by hand.

Visit Ysgramor's Tomb. Neat place (tip for the puzzle: read the book).

Do all the Daedric quests.

Delete all previous saves to make the game run faster. Clear the cache if on Xbox. Download to hard drive.

Get really good at fighting on horseback.

Kill a dragon on horseback.

Try being a vampire if you haven't already. Don't feed at all and watch what happens ;) But make sure you have a filled black soul gem ready or 800 gold at least.
