Are these websites safe to buy from?

So i was looking online looking to buy a penny board and i came across these two website however the way they're set out is practically the same.. they have the same type of 'quick buy', how you checkout is the same, the things they sell and the prices are the same.. everything is the exact same even the link other than the name of the website so i wasnt sure if this was a scam or if it was safe to purchase from. I dont want to be spending money on a website that isnt safe..

They are both the same firm. If you check out the "contact us" page, you'll find the same individuals, address and phone number. There is a company called Hardcloud Limited registered at that address and they've been trading under that name since 2005. None of this actually means the sites are genuine although they haven't triggered my "fake site" filter.

Use scam adviser to check websites, plus use the following rules:

    1. It should have a land line phone number.

    2. It should have an address.

    3. It should not have a free email address.

    4. If the only contact is an online form, then steer clear.

    5. If the prices are too good to be true, they usually are.

Both check out as safe on the scam advisor website.

Please for the love of all that is holy, do not buy a penny board.

You can buy a legitimate skateboard for $100 and look only half as retarded.
