Name a singer who looked like they did drugs, but didn't?

In the '70s Ian Anderson looked like one of the biggest hippies on the face of the planet, what with his long hair and beard, wild eyes, and wardrobe that can only be described as "harlequin hobo".

However, he was staunchly against illicit drug use and the hippie lifestyle in general. Jethro Tull was offered the chance to play at Woodstock, but he turned the offer down.

Tim Armstrong of Rancid,Operation Ivy, he looks like he did them for 20+ years to me well he did do drugs from 1989 until 1991, when Rancid formed he stopped.

Ted Nugent in his heyday acted like a total drugged-out wild animal, but he's never even smoked a cigarette, much less a joint or harder drugs.
