3 DS Pokémon X I'm stuck in the Lysandre Labs?

anyone know where to find the elevator key ?

it is located in Luminus City in the Lysandre Café ?

sure would like to hear from someone that can help me.

    Just keep going through the teleport panels and moving paths till you eventually get to a door on the right side of the labs, you'll fight a blue-haired woman who will give you the key when you win.
