freedom of speech, is it or is it not?
today I heard a liberal say, this is not exact, freedom of speech is a prolific right!! meaning if we don't have the freedom to say what we want, we don't have progress!! we stop being productive!! is this right? if so, why do so many liberals have questions deleted simply because of the way it's phrased or a word or two they don't like?? and is it time to stop that?
It's in the Constitution that we can!!

Liberals apply freedom of speech to themselves ONLY.
Obama and Holder are 2 Gestapo Twins on a purge frenzy attacking all who disagree with their Un-American Agenda.

Your question isn't clear. Are you addressing the incorrect use of the word "prolific?" Or the statement about having to have freedom of speech?
Note that there is no freedom of speech on the internet, especially with a privately-owned site such as this. The First Amendment deals with what the government cannot restrict.

If this liberal used the word "prolific" in that context, then I don't think he understands what prolific means.
Anyway, getting questions deleted on Y/A Politics is not the same thing as the government using state action to suppress your speech. The former is done by private actors, not the state.

Freedom of speech does not guarantee you a forum nor protect you from criticism.
It is in the constitution that you can say it. It is not in the constitution that a private sector body like YA can choose not to present it, not that a lib cannot point out why you saying it is wrong.

The constitution doesn't apply to private entities like Y!A.
If someone is imprisoned for something they post on Y!A, then there may be a case.
When you sign up to use Y!A you agree to their terms of service, which presumably include the right for any of your content to be deleted at any time.

First..... try to understand what the Constitution does. It limits the Federal GOVERNMENT and State governments on a few matters... and nothing else.
Individuals can do what they like as long as they don't break any laws that limit THEIR behavior.
Get it now?
Good.

You can't slander. You can share classified information
There are limits on it already

It is their capitalist right to do so on this particular site.
They are being ironic when they do it, and they don't even know why they are being ironic.
