What is running on time and within what problems are going to be specific to the post office in question.
Some places have closed roads; no post.

Abandoned vehicles and iced over roads shut down the PO around here. Trying to operate normally tomorrow, but that will depend on employees ability to get to work. Most roads will be deiced at some point tomorrow. Conditions vary greatly, so delivery and movement of mail will vary as well. We couldn't even get to our routes the past two days due to traffic and abandoned vehicles blocking roads.
