why can I not send attachments with my emails? I am seriously thinking of moving, since the changes the site?

Question

I have spent over an hour trying to get a sensible reply to my query, the site is rubbish since the changes, and no direction how to follow the new methods, I am of average intellegence, but at present I feel like an idiot!
