In the mid 1990's a programme appeared on British television about future flooding...?
the programme may have been World in Action or another channel like Channel 4 or BBC but it was a documentary forecasting serious flooding that would swamp the UK in the future leaving only the Highlands of Scotland and some surrounding areas free from flooding.
Can anyone remember that documentary and know who presented it?
