I have IOS 6 if I reset my iPod will I have IOS7 ?

    A reset never does an update, you will only have your device return to its default settings and as clean from applications and files as the day you bought it.

    You need to run an update and not a reset in order to upgrade your IOS assuming your device can handle it, it will show in your options of upgrade.

    the answer to your question depends on which generation of iPod touch you have. the only iPod touches that can run iOS 7 are the 5th generation ones (the ones that come in different colours). if you do not have a 5th generation, your answer is no, you will not upgrade to iOS 7, if you do, your answer is yes, you will upgrade to iOS 7
