Any team that can get him to sign an extension would be interested. Obviously Callahan and the Rangers are at an impasse on an extension. so the Rangers are thinking that getting something for him rather than him walking for nothing would be advantageous.
Rangers would love to get a prospect or low draft picks for him. But not going to happen unless the new team can get a signature.
