So are we to believe that Bradshaw was the 2'nd greatest qb to play the game ? Or that Eli & Big Ben or Plunkett are better than any of the guys listed above with 1 championship ring ? I think not !

No, championship rings are not the sole measure of greatest. When doing a ranking of the greatest quarterbacks, I take the whole body of work into consideration.
That being said, I believe that Bart Starr is the best quarterback in the history of the NFL. Bart Starr led the Green Bay Packers to 5 NFL Championships, including the first two Super Bowl Championships (I and II). In addition, Starr has the best playoff winning percentage, and the best playoff passer rating of all time (at 104.8), of all quarterbacks with at least 10 playoff starts.

Not even close, Marino never won one but Jeff Hostetler did, I doubt anyone would think Hostetler was the better QB
