There are thousands of pesticides made from a wide variety of ingredients.The safest to use are the eco pesticides or those made from pyrethrums(fly sprays).Go to a place selling them & it will tell you on the label what it contains.No contents don't buy it is the safest way.

Organo-phosphates are used in insecticides, they are highly toxic to humans too and were believed to be the cause of Gulf War syndrome.
Pesticides is a term that also covers fungicides and herbicides which are made from other chemicals.

Organo -phosphates is one of the major ingredients in modern herbicides.
They are the products of the Agro-Chemical industry such as Monsanto and Bayer.
