Do Theists who reject evolution and Atheists who reject the spiritual system have the same sort of attitude.?
Do both evolution and the spiritual system still require some degree of belief.

I think a lot of each do. It's more like rival sports teams. So the debate never goes a step further. They argue like fans.

No. The word belief is defined as "an acceptance of a claim as equivalent to true, without requiring evidence to support that claim." Evolution does not require belief, and every scientific theory does in fact require evidence.
The theist who rejects evolution usually does so only because they are of the opinion that their religious beliefs are in conflict with evolution. This view is usually the result of a misunderstanding of the meaning of the word evolution. Biological evolution is defined as any genetic change in a population that is inherited over several generations. It is a observable fact that any dog breeder or horse breeder can describe in detail. Most theists who know what evolution really is have no problem with it. It is only the ones who seem to be willfully ignorant of it who do not accept the facts if they bother to educate themselves about it.
The word atheist means someone who disbelieves in the existence of God or gods. That is not the same thing as rejecting "the spiritual system", whatever that may mean, to the contrary atheism is quite specifically a disbelief of the claim that God exists. The difference here is that the atheist is being asked to accept the claim of an evangelist who does not offer any evidence for the existence of a God.
This is where the difference is clear. For the theist there is evidence of evolution - for the atheist there is no evidence of God. Why would you think these are the same?

Evolution only requires a decent education and the capacity to grasp all the copious amounts of evidence.
No faith is required at all. The fundamentalists and fringe cults who reject evolution have been misinformed and mislead by their cult preachers. It is well accepted by ALL the major Christian denominations and even Orthodox Jews.
Atheists who don't want to open their minds to the possibility of a spiritual component to our existence, are happy limiting themselves to only understanding this physical realm. However, scientists do consider the possibility that there are other dimensions, other realities, so why not a spiritual one?

Yes... extensive biology training...
It's very nearly impossible to both understand evolution and reject it. It has the evidence. It has the corroboration. It has more of the empirical consensus than virtually any other theory, including gravity. It informs more disciplines than any other idea. It is the basis for the establishment of new disciplines, discoveries, and technologies.
I can't even get a straight answer as to what the spirit actually is.

I reject this vague 'spiritual system' you speak of due to the absence of even a shred of tangible evidence... so unless you're suggesting evolution has no evidence (and then you'd be wrong) the answer is no.
I watched a bit of your video... vibrational medicine and homeopathy, two solid evidence based fields of medicine; certainly not proven to be no better than placebo right?

Yes they can both suffer from the same problem, just opposite sides of the same coin!
"Our actor is self-centered - ego-centric, as people like to call it nowadays. He is like the retired business man who lolls in the Florida sunshine in the winter complaining of the sad state of the nation; the minister who sighs over the sins of the twentieth century; politicians and reformers who are sure all would be Utopia if the rest of the world would only behave; the outlaw safe cracker who thinks society has wronged him; and the alcoholic who has lost all and is locked up. Whatever our protestations, are not most of us concerned with ourselves, our resentments, or our self-pity?"

Life is not the Black & White model that you've suggested.
There are "anti Avolutionalist" "Theist" does not cover ALL Individuals who are religious - hell it does not even cover all Christians.
& I know many spiritual Atheists who are not interested in the religious dogma & bigotry.
So the suggestion that two positions are the same is seriously flawed

Evolution has overwhelming evidence. Your nebulous "spiritual system" doesn't even have a widely accepted definition.

Although the radical nature of both these extremes does seem to embrace significant philosophical similarities, there is a powerful overriding difference -- atheists are right and theists are wrong!

You're confusing belief with faith. We all have beliefs. Faith is belief without evidence or sometimes belief in the face of contradictory evidence. Atheism is the non-belief in god(s), period.
