Which statistic analysis should I use?
Hi.
Let's say I'm trying to measure how much a company's cash flow growth correlates to its stock return. Which analysis should I use?

You answered your own question. Probably a correlation coefficient. Look up
Pearson product momemt correlations coefficient.
You will hafta look up "many" companies and find out their cash flow growth and their stock return. I suggest you take several measures of each, then selective select those (pairwise) and check out the various results.
