Now I've done it...Kitchenaid 12 year old beautiful range...?
I foolishly wiped the oven door glass too soon after cleaning and I've cracked it about 4" in a half moon shape in one lower corner. Can glass in oven doors BE replaced? Can I still use it as long as I broil nothing in the oven? (going no higher than 400 degrees for safety reasons?) Boy, what an awful lesson, it's in "mint" condition and here I've done this after all this years...Any suggestions or advice?

you can keep using it, it will be fine except maybe catch a bit of dirt. we have had a cracked glass stovetop for years.
it's probably possible to change - our oven will come right apart for cleaning. talk to a glass repair place if they can supply heatproof glass.

It's tempered glass so that you can view the oven process. Though it looks this way, it is still useable. I think that you would have to order the whole door piece, rather than replace the glass. Call the company direct, to see what it takes for a new door, and having it replaced. You won't lose that much heat coming from that like you would leaving the door cracked open. So, you be alright. Put a sticker over the front of it. ;) (that's how I would hide it).
